All employers struggle with finding those perfect employees for the job – let’s face it, employee turnover is increasingly costly and disruptive to the operations of any organization. In order to find the employee who is that “right fit” many employers are turning to work-style or personality tests, background investigations, and other methods to try to identify the most desirable candidates.
