Many employers either do not seem to have the time to learn on their own what is driving their workers’ comp costs. I also find that employers, unknowingly, typically have a unmotivated insurance broker who is benefiting from large commissions from the employer’s higher premiums caused by claims and doing little or nothing to help their clientreduce costs.
It may be to your advantage to take a few minutes and view this free webinar about controlling costs. Rebecca Shafer is a well-known and respected risk management and insurance professional.

I do not gain financially from any of you viewing her presentation or by presenting this to you, but I do receive the satisfaction of sharing the knowledge and experience of others to help you run a more profitable business.
As a WorkComp Advisor, I too promote a partnership process of discover with employers who wish to better understand and to fix the underlying causes and cost drivers of work related claims affecting their bottom line.
