Governor Brown signed the Healthy Workplaces, Healthy Families Act into law, requiring employers to provide paid sick leave benefits to certain employees.
On October 8, 2014, during our free 30 minute lunchtime teleconference, Gina Bauer, an associate attorney with Flesher McKague LLP, will educate employers on how to comply with this new law.
