Employer questions about the Affordable Healthcare Act – a source worth your consideration

A recent headline in the Sacramento Business Journal Morning Roundup is worth their mention and employers attention.

The Small Business Administration, SBA, website has a great deal of information and may help those employers who wish to conduct their own research about how their business may be affected by this new law.

Go to www.sba.gov/healthcare and cruise through the material to determine how it can help you. You may also want to consult with your employee benefits adviser for more specifics about your situation and how to implement any changes that may be important to you and your employees.

Employers should keep in mind that health insurance is interrelated with all of their other insurance programs from a risk, exposure and premium calculation point of view.
