We all read too often and view in our community, to frequently, that some of the Sacramento population are homeless. This has been an ongoing condition for what it seems like forever.
Obviously the economy is challenging, we all are working harder and longer hours than we have in many years, but actions need to take place to remedy this condition.
As a society, we should be embarrassed to allow this to happen. Like many other important issues, the politicians do not seem to take homeless seriously, so we, as citizens of our community need to take action to fix this.
You and I can do something about this chronic social issue.
Tune into my chat with Executive Director, Ben Burton, who will appear on my show about how his agency, Sacramento Steps Forward, helps the homeless.
