The Sacramento Bee’s Saturday front page lead article “Job trends point to growth,”** about employment is a perfect introduction to Kim Silvers’ chat about her “on the street” knowledge/experience of Sacramento employment trends. Kim works directly with employers, and she is a knowledgeable local Human Resource Consultant with Silvers HR LLC here in the Sacramento Valley.
Through Kim’s straight forward and practical approach, she will also share what she has learned about what employers are asking and need to know about local payroll trends. She will also address what employers are thinking about their current employees’ compensation, because most employees have had no pay raises in the last couple years due to the recession.
The “Fraud File” will be opened again, and this time it presents the effects of employer fraud upon employees, plus you and me as we financially contribute of their “tom foolery.”
